A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Please return the undamaged / unworn item directly to the supplier within 14 days of the time it is received. Our customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
